EGStoltzfus started from humble beginnings nearly half a century ago. Founded by our patriarch, Elam G. Stoltzfus, we’ve worked daily to keep his legacy, customer-centric philosophy and passion for crafting truly unique homes alive. Elam’s steadfast belief of exceeding homebuyer’s expectations, before, during and after the sale will organically lead to increased referrals, sales and a long-lasting stellar reputation is as true today as it was then.
