Andy Lebo
Design-Build Specialist, Custom Homes & Remodeling Division Manager
Andy joined EGStoltzfus in 2004 as an assistant site manager. In 2006 he became site manager, overseeing multiple residential and commercial construction projects. A few years later, Andy moved to the Custom Homes & Remodeling Division, serving as project manager and guiding clients through our design-build process. His 20+ years of hands-on experience have proved instrumental for investigating homeowner concerns, developing cost-effective solutions, and equipping talented teams to carry out the critical path. In 2020, Andy added Division Manager to his title. He always enjoys collaborating with clients to design and inspire spaces that people will love.

Courtney Kerchner
Custom Homes & Remodeling Division Coordinator
Courtney provides valuable support to our internal team as well as to site personnel throughout every phase of project planning and execution. She’s the expert when it comes to facilitating excellent project management and is always collaborating with others to create a positive experience and long-lasting relationships with each and every Custom Homes & Remodeling customer.

Adam Coe
Design-Build Specialist
Adam brings a wealth of design experience and extensive knowledge of building and zoning codes to the Custom Homes & Remodeling team. His primary role is working with homeowners to design their renovation projects. He gets great satisfaction in collaborating with customers and translating their visions and ideas into creative, one-of-a-kind designs that transform the way they use their homes.

Adam Markley
Designer/Assistant Project Manager
Adam joined EGStoltzfus Homes in 2003 and has been with the Custom Homes & Remodeling Team since 2016. He draws and designs customer projects and works closely with the lead project manager to ensure the plans created reflect our customer’s input and overall vision for their new space. Adam enjoys being able to create accurate and detailed 3D models of customer projects so they can truly visualize the home of their dreams before construction even begins.

Dave Wells
Pre-Construction/Site Manager
Dave embraces his role as one of our front-line customer service representatives. He has spent his entire career working in construction and has experience in every trade of residential remodeling. From scheduling and problem solving to quality control, Dave understands the many complexities and nuances of the construction business.

Darren Fisher
Custom Homes & Remodeling Site Manager
Darren has over 15 years of diverse experience in the construction/remodeling industry. In his role, he is responsible for supervising job site activities that involve our clients, trade partners, and suppliers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Darren enjoys making connections with our clients and helping make their dream home a reality.

Justin Kimmet
Custom Homes & Remodeling Site Manager
Justin has worked in the construction industry for several years. He started his career framing homes and moved to residential remodeling two years later. He creates and manages project schedules and makes sure everything is completed with quality, and his dedication to hard work and planning ahead, along with his positive attitude, helps build strong relationships with our clients.

Joshua Jones
Custom Homes & Remodeling Site Manager
Josh brings several years of experience to our team in preconstruction, project management, carpentry, and masonry. As one of our Remodel Site Managers, he ensures the timely completion of project tasks and makes sure all work meets compliance and quality control standards. Josh truly enjoys being part of a project that makes the customer happy in the end.

Brandon Mays
Custom Homes & Remodeling Lead Carpenter
Brandon brings a decade of carpentry experience to EGStoltzfus. He previously worked for some of the area’s largest construction services firms and completed an apprenticeship through ABC Keystone to become a Journeyman Carpenter. We appreciate the wealth of industry knowledge he brings to our team.
